Day zero — land tired, surf stoked
Most guests fly into Agadir, drop bags near Tamraght, and immediately ask about tomorrow’s tide. We love that energy — we channel it into briefings instead of midnight hero missions.
Mornings
Early starts beat wind. Expect a short warm-up, a safety recap, and a clear goal for the session (“today we only trim, no radical turns”). Video feedback might appear midweek when repetition makes sense.
Midweek reality check
Around day three your shoulders feel heavy. That is normal. We shorten sets, hydrate aggressively, and swap high-intensity spots for user-friendly sand if you need volume over spectacle.
By day seven
Progress looks like calmer breath in the lineup, sharper pop-ups, and the ability to say “not for me today” when a set steams through. That judgment is as valuable as any turn.
