The ideal learning arena

Why Morocco is Europe’s premier surf lesson destination

The coastline north of Agadir—spanning Anza, Tamraght, and Taghazout—provides one of the world's most versatile natural surf classrooms. A gentle gradient of sandy beaches, protected bays, and peeling point breaks guarantees manageable waves regardless of Atlantic swell size.

300+ days of sunshine

Warm winter air (20–25°C), mild water, and light morning offshore winds provide comfortable conditions for two-hour coaching sessions all year round.

Mobile spot selection

We don't teach on one static beach. Our coaches inspect live conditions each morning and transport the group to the break that offers the safest, cleanest waves for your skill level.

Strict 5:1 surfer ratio

Unlike factory surf schools that herd 10–15 beginners into the foam, we strictly limit each group to five surfers. You get personalized tips after every single wave.

Our coaching spots

Where we take our lesson groups

Depending on daily swell direction, we rotate between the four cleanest beginner-friendly breaks along Taghazout Bay:

Panoramas & Tamraght Beach

Wide sandy bays with multiple gentle peaks. Perfect for first whitewater takeoffs and building pop-up confidence without any rocks or sharp reefs.

Banana Beach & Devil's Rock

Sandy point setups that produce long, slow-rolling green waves. Ideal for improvers practicing paddling into unbroken waves and trimming along the face.

Anza Beach (Agadir side)

A consistent swell magnet that produces clean, punchy waves even when northern bays are flat. Great sand break paired with an authentic fishing village vibe.

Imsouane Bay (Day trip option)

Africa's longest wave. We run day trips to Imsouane for our camp guests when the swell aligns, offering 800-metre glides over pure sand.
